Kiran graduated with an LL.B (Hons) from the University of London in 1996. She is a Barrister-at-Law with the Honourable Society of Middle Temple (United Kingdom) and was admitted as an Advocate and Solicitor of the Supreme Court of Singapore in 1998.
Kiran began her career as a Legal Editor with CCH Asia Pte Ltd, managing their Employment and HR series of publications. She later joined a leading law firm in Singapore, heading their Knowledge Management Department.
At ECSF, Kiran advises and prosecutes both local and international trade mark and design applications. She also advises on trade mark opposition and infringement matters relating to the Asean region.
