Jennifer heads the Trade Marks and Designs department. She graduated with a Bachelor of Laws (Honours) Degree from the National University of Singapore and is admitted as an Advocate and Solicitor of the Supreme Court of Singapore. Jennifer previously worked in a law firm and has experience in litigation, corporate and property law.

Jennifer assists both local and international clients in the management, protection and exploitation of their intellectual property rights with a special focus on trade mark and opposition work.

Jennifer has contributed articles for various international IP publications as well as ECSF's own news publications. She is also a regular participant of various IP and branding seminars, conferences and lectures, IP Roundtable Discussions (IPOS) and Public Feedback Sessions (IPOS).
