Our chemical/life science group has extensive intellectual property and industry experience in a range of fields including, chemistry, biochemistry, pharmaceuticals, genetics, molecular biology, microbiology and biomedical engineering.  The group has experience across a broad range of IP services including the preparation, drafting and prosecution of patent applications, advice in relation to patent validity and enforcement, patent strategy, including global filing strategy, and patent infringement advice.
