Registered IP rights must be diligently maintained. We have the necessary monitoring and review mechanisms to ensure that rights do not expire prematurely, or are kept alive needlessly.

 

Management and Exploitation
We will help formulate and execute the most appropriate strategy to preserve IP rights without infringing those belonging to others. Where necessary, we will also conduct an audit of client portfolio, and conduct in-service seminars.
