Alex is a chemical
engineer by training. He is a registered Singapore patent
agent and a Malaysia patent, industrial
design & trade mark agent. He is a
specialist in chemical technology patents
for many years. He obtained
his Master Degree in IP law from Franklin Pierce
Law Center, USA. He has also been certified
by the Institute of Patent Attorney, Australia
under the SEAD course organised by FICPI.
Before joining a law firm in Singapore,
Alex was the head of the International
Patent practice group in a well-established
Taiwanese law firm.
Alex is also one of the
Directors of our Malaysian office.
