David Griffith

A chemical engineer by training, David has many years of experience as a Patent Attorney. He is the Senior and Managing Principal of Spruson&Ferguson, one of the oldest, largest, and leading patent and trade mark attorney firms in Australia. David is a Council member of the Institute of Patent and Trade Mark Attorneys of Australia (IPTA). He is also the President of FICPI's Contact Commission and is currently on the Council of FICPI.

David chairs the Trade Mark's committee of IPTA and is actively involved in many IP committees in Australia and internationally. David is also active in IP Management and commercialisation areas.

Registered Patent Attorney (Australia / New Zealand)
Registered Trade Mark Attorney (Australia)
Fellow of the Institute of Patent and Trade Mark Attorneys of Australia (FIPTA)
